Justine Joy (Los Angeles, CA) is a seasoned television producer turned talent agent with more than 15 years of experience developing, casting, and producing unscripted television for major broadcast, cable, and streaming platforms. Throughout her career, she has helped bring hundreds of hours of programming to life for networks including HGTV, CBS, FOX, Netflix, the History Channel, and more.

Raised in Minnesota as the daughter of a professional magician, Justine learned early that the best entertainment isn't just about what happens in the spotlight—it's about the creativity, preparation, and teamwork behind the scenes that make the impossible look effortless. That philosophy has guided her career, from developing stories and casting unforgettable personalities to producing series from concept through post-production. Known for her keen eye for visual and authentic storytelling, Justine thrives on discovering what makes people unique and bringing those stories to life. She has collaborated with executives, talent, and production teams on everything from long-running design and lifestyle series to competition shows and live event programming, always with a passion for creating television that connects with audiences.

Justine is thrilled to now serve as Director of The Wayne Agency's Young Adults Division, where she is dedicated to helping emerging actors build successful careers in film, television, and commercial entertainment. Drawing upon her extensive background in casting, production, and talent development, she works closely with young adult performers to provide personalized career guidance, identify meaningful opportunities, and help each client confidently navigate today's ever-evolving entertainment industry. When she's not scouring breakdowns, Justine can usually be found behind a camera, at an easel, or with a sketchbook in hand. An avid photographer, painter, and graphic designer, she draws inspiration from everyday moments and believes the best stories often come from simply paying attention to the little things.
